

Official Process for Vikash Vidya Mandir Staff
Account deletion requests are only for professional staff and employees of the society. Because your account is linked to payroll, students' registrations, and official records, deletion must be verified by the Admin.
1. Open the VVM ERP or VVM Marketing App.
2. Go to Profile > Settings.
3. Tap on Request Account Deletion.
4. Confirm your request. An automated notification will be sent to the Admin.
Send an email to our administrative desk with your details:
Recipient: vikashvidyamandir2026@gmail.com
Subject: Account Deletion Request - [Your Full Name]
Required Details: Full Name, Employee ID, and Reason for deletion.
Once a request is submitted, our administrative team will review it within 5-7 business days. If there are no pending obligations or active field records associated with your ID, the account will be deactivated, and your personal data will be purged from our active systems.
