• Professional Documents: Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Educational Certificates (required for employee verification and ID card generation).
• Media Access: The app requests access to your Camera and Photos to allow you to upload your profile picture and required documentation.
• Location Data: (Marketing App only) Field surveyors' location is tracked during active field work sessions for data verification and geographic assignment purposes.

3. How We Use Your Data

The data collected is strictly used for the internal administration of the Kanya Vivah & Vikash Society. This includes payroll processing, performance tracking, ID card generation, and student registration verification. We do not sell or share your data with third-party marketing agencies.

We implement industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your information. Access to sensitive data is restricted to authorized personnel (Admins and HR Managers) within the society.
